Due to the personal and hygienic nature of this product, all sales of our organic deodorant are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Goodwill Refund Offer
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30% partial refund as a courtesy — you keep the product, no return shipment required.
To request this refund:
1. Contact us within [30] days of your delivery date
2. Email (janelisb@icloud.com) with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction
3. We’ll process a 30% refund to your original payment method within [5–7] business days
Exceptions — Full Refund or Replacement
This partial-refund policy does not apply if your item arrives:
Damaged or defective
Incorrect (wrong item/scent shipped)
Past its expiration date
In these cases, contact us with photos of the issue for a full refund or free replacement.
